Zoho Partners with NVIDIA to Launch Privacy-Focused AI Models Across SaaS Platforms, Doubling Investment in AI Technology

Zoho has announced plans to utilize NVIDIA’s AI accelerated computing platform—including NVIDIA NeMo, part of the NVIDIA AI Enterprise suite—to develop and integrate its large language models (LLMs) into its SaaS products. Once deployed, these models will be accessible to over 700,000 of Zoho’s customers across both ManageEngine and Zoho.com worldwide. Over the past year, Zoho has invested over $10 million in NVIDIA’s AI technologies and GPUs, with plans to double this investment in the coming year.

From the beginning, Zoho has emphasized privacy, designing its models to be compliant with privacy standards from the ground up, rather than making adjustments later. Zoho’s goal is to help businesses achieve quick and effective ROI by using NVIDIA’s full AI software and computing stack to improve performance and reduce latency.

For over ten years, Zoho has developed its own AI technologies, strategically embedding them across its extensive product lineup, which spans more than 100 tools under the ManageEngine and Zoho brands. Its AI strategy is multi-modal, designed to deliver contextual intelligence that aids business decision-making. In addition to LLMs, Zoho is building smaller and mid-sized language models, allowing businesses to select the model that best fits their needs.

This flexible, multi-model approach means that companies with limited data can still benefit from AI-driven insights. Privacy remains fundamental to Zoho’s AI approach, and customer data is not used in training its LLMs.

Unlocking the Power of Partner Programs for SMBs: A Gateway to Business Expansion

In the midst of today’s fiercely competitive business landscape, partner programs have emerged as a cornerstone for scalable growth, cutting across business sizes and domains. Particularly for SMBs, these programs hold the promise of cost-efficient expansions and amplified returns on investments.

According to a recent study, partner marketing in India is expected to grow from USD 5.2 billion in 2022 to USD 11.2 billion by 2027, at a CAGR of 12.5%. The partner marketing market in India is a highly competitive market. The major players are constantly innovating and expanding their offerings in order to stay ahead of the competition. However, the pertinent question remains: how can SMBs maximize the efficacy of their partner marketing initiatives?

Delving deeper, we’ll investigate the intrinsic advantages of partner programs, proffer strategic methodologies for their rollout, and highlight the supplementary edge provided by seasoned industry platforms.

Unlocking Growth with Partner Programs

Central to the ethos of partner programs is the transformation of satisfied clientele and partners into dedicated brand evangelists. This metamorphosis creates a cascading effect – augmenting market presence, fortifying brand trust, and spurring sales. The allure of partner marketing initiatives is their malleability; they can be custom-molded to resonate with a company’s specific ambitions, be it amplifying customer loyalty, penetrating untapped audience segments, or amplifying brand awareness.

The Strategic Blueprint: Crafting Effective Partner Programs

1. Streamlining the Onboarding Process: The bedrock of a triumphant partner program is an intuitive, streamlined registration mechanism that warmly integrates participants and empowers them with the requisite tools to advocate for your brand.

2. Optimizing Communication Channels: Consistent, captivating communication via select channels can engender community sentiments and invigorate affiliates by updating them on program innovations, premium deals, and tricks of the trade.

3. Providing Essential Marketing Assets: Outfitting affiliates with turnkey marketing resources not only paves the way for a hassle-free promotional trajectory but also ascertains brand uniformity across all interactions.

4. Implementing Performance-Based Incentives: Envision a hierarchical rewards structure or performance-centric bonuses to inspire affiliates to continually source top-tier campaigns. This nurtures both a sense of upward mobility and constructive rivalry.

Elevating Partner Programs with Self-Service Affiliate Marketing Solutions

The allure of partner programs is undeniable. Yet, orchestrating and stewarding these programs demands intricate oversight and can be labor-intensive especially for SMBs. More often than not, it is simply unprofitable for them to create and maintain their own partner program. Therefore, many of them turn to affiliate networks that provide a ready-made infrastructure.

A comprehensive affiliate platform can have advantages like smooth transition for publishers joining your program, eliminating bottlenecks and hastening your network expansion. It also provides a built-in infrastructure for emails and newsletters to ensure consistent publisher engagement and updates. Affiliate network ensures the participation of publishers in this thriving ecosystem to provide better visibility for your brand and a higher likelihood of traction. It obviates the need for a specialized in-house team, translating to significant cost savings.

Such operational efficiency allows businesses to reallocate human resources to other critical ventures or expand upon existing affiliate campaigns. But these platforms have relevant advantages for established brands rather than for SMBs, and one of the main factors for SMBs who are hesitant to try them is often price. Smaller companies need something in between, something that combines cost-efficiency, ease of integration and a greater degree of autonomy while also retaining the core benefits of a partner network.

It’s because of this demand, the affiliate market is recently entering the era of self-service solutions. One of the pioneers of that segment is Admitad Rise, a project launched by Admitad partner network, which has a significant share of the partner market in India. It combines all the advantages of partner programs that are mentioned above with a lower price and self-service approach.

Perhaps soon this approach will become the new industry standard – and all major partner networks will have tailored self-service solutions for SMBs. But for now, we can only follow the success of the first examples in this series, which are slowly changing the industry and making it more comfortable for entrepreneurs.

As the landscape of business and digital marketing continuously evolves, having a robust partner program bolstered by platforms like Admitad Rise can position SMBs for sustained growth and success.

DoT Launches International Incoming Spoofed Calls Prevention System

In a significant move to enhance digital safety, Jyotiraditya M. Scindia, the Minister of Communications and Development of North Eastern Region, launched the International Incoming Spoofed Calls Prevention System today.

The event, attended by Dr. Pemmasani Chandra Sekhar, Minister of State for Communications & Rural Development, alongside senior officials including the Secretary of Telecom, marks another important milestone in the Department of Telecommunications’ (DoT) ongoing efforts to protect citizens from cyber-crime.

Recent reports have highlighted a rise in cyber-criminal activities involving international spoofed calls that display Indian mobile numbers (+91-xxxxxxxxx). These calls, which appear to originate from within India, are actually made from abroad using manipulated calling line identities. Such spoofed calls have been linked to various fraudulent activities, including financial scams, impersonation of government officials, and generating panic through threats of disconnection from mobile services.

To combat this growing threat, the DoT has collaborated with Telecom Service Providers (TSPs) to develop a system capable of identifying and blocking these incoming international spoofed calls. Since the system became operational, it has successfully identified and blocked approximately 1.35 crore (or 90%) of the incoming calls masquerading as Indian numbers within just 24 hours. With the implementation of this system, Indian telecom subscribers can expect a significant decrease in spoofed calls originating from +91-xxxxxxx numbers.
