Zoho has announced plans to utilize NVIDIA’s AI accelerated computing platform—including NVIDIA NeMo, part of the NVIDIA AI Enterprise suite—to develop and integrate its large language models (LLMs) into its SaaS products. Once deployed, these models will be accessible to over 700,000 of Zoho’s customers across both ManageEngine and Zoho.com worldwide. Over the past year, Zoho has invested over $10 million in NVIDIA’s AI technologies and GPUs, with plans to double this investment in the coming year.

From the beginning, Zoho has emphasized privacy, designing its models to be compliant with privacy standards from the ground up, rather than making adjustments later. Zoho’s goal is to help businesses achieve quick and effective ROI by using NVIDIA’s full AI software and computing stack to improve performance and reduce latency.

For over ten years, Zoho has developed its own AI technologies, strategically embedding them across its extensive product lineup, which spans more than 100 tools under the ManageEngine and Zoho brands. Its AI strategy is multi-modal, designed to deliver contextual intelligence that aids business decision-making. In addition to LLMs, Zoho is building smaller and mid-sized language models, allowing businesses to select the model that best fits their needs.

This flexible, multi-model approach means that companies with limited data can still benefit from AI-driven insights. Privacy remains fundamental to Zoho’s AI approach, and customer data is not used in training its LLMs.
