NTT DATA has introduced a Generative AI (GenAI) Talent Development Framework to boost employee training in artificial intelligence, setting a new global standard in GenAI expertise.

This initiative aims to equip the company’s 200,000 employees worldwide with foundational GenAI skills, with a target of certifying 15,000 advanced GenAI practitioners by the close of fiscal year 2024, and expanding that number to 30,000 by fiscal year 2026.

The framework, designed with four levels of expertise, tailors GenAI training to specific roles, from consultants to developers, enhancing skill specialization.

This program leverages NTT Group’s extensive research background—spanning over four decades of AI advancements—and strong ecosystem partnerships, making NTT DATA one of the top companies for GenAI patents globally. As part of its AI guidelines, NTT DATA remains dedicated to innovating in GenAI, aligning with its mission to tackle complex business issues and create new societal value.
