In a recent administrative reshuffle under Haryana’s newly formed government, IAS officer Sushil Sarwan (2012 batch) has been appointed as Managing Director of the Haryana Financial Corporation. Sarwan, who will also continue his responsibilities as Managing Director of the Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructural Development Corporation, replaces IAS officer Yash Garg (2009 batch), who has yet to receive a new assignment.

Sarwan’s experience includes roles as Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer in Kurukshetra, along with Chief Administrator of the Mata Mansa Devi Shrine Board in Panchkula. His new role builds upon his extensive administrative background as he takes on financial responsibilities for the state.

This reshuffle hints at potential large-scale transfers of IAS and IPS officers across Haryana, with several district officials, including Deputy Commissioners (DCs) and Senior Superintendents of Police (SP-SSPs), expected to receive new assignments in the upcoming weeks.
