Salesforce Introduces Industries AI for Industry-Specific Automation and Solutions
Salesforce has introduced Industries AI, a new suite of pre-built, customizable AI tools designed to address industry-specific challenges and accelerate value delivery for customers. Now integrated into all 15 of Salesforce’s industry clouds, Industries AI enables businesses to automate tasks like matching patients to clinical trials, offering proactive vehicle maintenance alerts, managing inventory, and improving services for citizens and program beneficiaries.
To help businesses quickly adopt AI, Salesforce has launched the AI Use Case Library, featuring over 100 AI capabilities tailored to various industries. This resource, updated regularly, includes new features such as Complaint Summaries, Patient Services & Benefits Verification, and Vehicle Telemetry Summary for specific industry clouds.
Industry AI will also pave the way for creating specialized Agentforce agents, which will autonomously handle industry-specific tasks at scale, with seamless human handoff when needed. These agents, grounded in CRM data and external inputs, adhere to strict privacy and security protocols.
