Nucleus Software has announced the appointment of Swati Patwardhan as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective May 20, 2024. With over 19 years of HR experience, Patwardhan brings extensive expertise and skills to her new role.

In her position at Nucleus Software, Patwardhan will oversee the company’s global HR initiatives, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Her responsibilities will include promoting employee engagement, fostering an innovative and inclusive culture, and aligning HR strategies with the company’s overall goals.

Patwardhan is a distinguished alumna of Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women’s University (SNDT Women’s University) in Mumbai, where she earned a postgraduate degree in Industrial Psychology. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Mumbai University and has obtained certifications in Organisational Development from TISS and ODA, as well as Brain-Based Executive Coaching from NLI, reflecting her commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.

Throughout her career, Patwardhan has gained extensive experience in various HR domains, including Organisation Development, International HR, Talent Acquisition, and Business Partnering. She has held significant roles at leading companies, successfully managing diverse functions such as People Process Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Talent Acquisition across multiple global locations.
