In today’s rapidly evolving job market, academic institutions must adapt their curriculum to not only impart traditional academic knowledge but also to cultivate essential soft skills in students. At Galgotias University, we recognize the importance of this holistic approach to education. To better incorporate soft skills development alongside traditional academic subjects, we have implemented several strategies.
