Bajaj Housing Finance has announced the appointment of Sayantani Dutta as its new Chief of Human Resources and Administration. Bringing over two decades of versatile HR expertise gained from leading organizations, Sayantani officially joined the company in March.

In her new capacity, Sayantani will collaborate closely with various business units to drive the company’s human resources strategies. Known for her solution-oriented approach, she will oversee a wide spectrum of HR functions, including employee development, talent management, organizational structure, and rewards.

Prior to her tenure at Bajaj Housing Finance, Sayantani held key roles at prestigious firms such as GE Capital, Walmart, Vodafone, and Kotak Mahindra Bank. She holds an MBA in HR from XIMB, Bhubaneshwar.
