New Delhi: According to a recent LinkedIn update, it has been reported that Utkarsh Tomar is now appointed as the HR Head for Quince in India, a renowned e-commerce platform specializing in affordable, high-quality fashion and home goods sourced directly from the factory.

Prior to this role, Tomar held the position of Head of Human Resources at Demandlane. With over a decade of experience, Utkarsh brings expertise in HR business partnering, global mobility, recruitment (both campus and lateral), employee engagement, talent management and development, as well as learning and development.

His professional journey includes significant contributions to organizations such as Observe.AI, Flipkart, IBM, and Infosys. Utkarsh, who holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resource Management from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), has a background in software engineering.
