New Delhi: In a significant restructuring of the Rajasthan Administration, Gaurav Agrawal, previously the District Collector of Chittorgarh, has been appointed as the new District Collector of Jodhpur.

The reshuffle witnessed over 70 officers being transferred to different roles across the state.

A 2013 batch IAS officer currently stationed in Rajasthan, Agrawal made history by securing AIR 1 in the UPSC exam in 2013, becoming the first in his home state to achieve this feat after initially being selected as an IPS officer in 2012.
