All delivery timelines provided by ObserveNow are to be treated as estimates, unless a specific, fixed delivery date has been explicitly confirmed in writing by us through an official communication. While we strive to deliver all products and packages within the stipulated timeframe, we do not guarantee delivery on or by a particular date unless such assurance has been made contractually.
The delivery cost will be calculated at the time of initiating the transaction based on the shipping address provided by the User and will be included in the total Transaction Amount payable at checkout. This amount may vary depending on delivery location, package weight, urgency, and any applicable logistics partner charges.
Upon successful completion of your transaction, your order will be processed, and the item(s) dispatched to the shipping address you have specified. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address, contact details, and recipient name are accurate and up to date. ObserveNow will not be held liable for any delays, failed deliveries, or misrouted shipments caused due to incorrect information provided by the User.
In the event that you do not receive the product or package within seven (7) days from the estimated delivery date communicated to you, you must immediately notify ObserveNow Media by reaching out to our support team via email or phone. Delayed complaints may affect our ability to trace and resolve the issue efficiently.
In case of any damage, tampering, or missing items noticed upon delivery, you are advised to take photographs and inform us within 24 hours of receipt to initiate further investigation. Any claims made after this period may not be entertained.
ObserveNow may use third-party courier or logistics partners to fulfill deliveries. While we work only with verified and professional agencies, we are not liable for delays or failures arising out of force majeure, transportation strikes, weather disruptions, customs hold-ups, or any third-party errors outside our control.
