Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

ADVEBRO PRODUCTIONS LLP (operating the ObserveNow platform at ObserveNow.com) currently accepts payments for its event-related services—including delegate registrations, award nominations, sponsorships, and other participations—via authorized Credit/Debit Card POS terminals and NEFT bank transfers. These methods are provided to ensure secure, traceable, and compliant transactions between the User (“you”) and ADVEBRO PRODUCTIONS LLP (“we” or “us”).

By successfully completing a payment transaction with ADVEBRO PRODUCTIONS LLP, you confirm your acceptance of a legally binding and enforceable contract with us for the purchase of the specified product or service. Once a transaction has been processed—either through card swipe or NEFT—the User may not cancel the transaction unless explicitly permitted under a pre-defined cancellation policy specific to that product or service. In all cases, such cancellations, if allowed, will be entirely at our discretion, and may require additional details or supporting documentation before being approved.

For payments made via POS card swipe, a printed receipt will be issued at the time of transaction. In the case of NEFT transfers, you must share the UTR number and proof of payment with our team. Payment confirmation will only be issued once the transfer is verified in our bank account.

ADVEBRO PRODUCTIONS LLP is not liable for failed transactions due to card declines, NEFT delays, insufficient funds, network issues, or incorrect remitter information. The responsibility to ensure accuracy lies solely with the User.

Once the product and/or service (such as delegate badge issuance, nomination confirmation, or sponsorship acknowledgment) has been received by the User, a refund or replacement may only be requested in the rare case that the product or service does not match what was described or promised on our platform or in official communication. No refunds will be issued for change of mind or post-event dissatisfaction unless non-performance can be clearly demonstrated.

Any refund request must be raised within three (3) calendar days from the date of the transaction, or within the timeframe specified on the platform (which shall not be shorter than three days), by emailing our team or raising an official claim. The User must clearly specify the reason for the request, referencing the exact terms or deliverables that were not met, and attach proof wherever applicable.

ADVEBRO PRODUCTIONS LLP retains complete discretion over the approval, rejection, or partial fulfillment of any such request. We may contact the User to seek further information, clarification, or context before reaching a decision. The decision taken by ADVEBRO PRODUCTIONS LLP will be considered final and binding.

We reserve the right to update this policy from time to time. Users are advised to refer to the most current version on ObserveNow.com prior to making any payments.
