Mumbai: In commemoration of India's 77th Independence Day, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has unveiled the "#SilentVoices" Initiative on August 15, 2023. Within a brief span of three months, this initiative dedicated to empowering differently-abled individuals has achieved remarkable success, integrating over 100 BPCL Fuel Stations across India with a diverse and inclusive workforce.
In a noteworthy development towards this philanthropic cause, BPCL has officially announced the signing of two Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs) on December 29, 2023:

The second MoU entered into with DiverseUs Society Trust, underscores BPCL's dedication to promoting diversity and inclusion. Together, these organizations strive to create an environment where differences are not only accepted but celebrated, ensuring equal opportunities for everyone to flourish.
The formalization of these partnerships occurred with Rahul Tandon, Chief General Manager (Marketing), Retail BPCL, leading the ceremony alongside representatives from Sarthak Educational Trust and DiverseUs Society Trust, in the presence of Charu Yadav, General Manager (RI & Brand), Retail BPCL.
