Infobip and Oracle Expand Partnership to Deliver Seamless Omnichannel Customer Experiences

Global cloud communications platform Infobip recently disclosed an expanded cooperation with Oracle in an effort to improve client engagement. By combining Infobip’s services with Oracle Integration, this partnership seeks to give companies smooth omnichannel communication capabilities.

Businesses can now effectively manage messaging channels like WhatsApp and SMS thanks to Infobip’s Omnichannel Messaging Adapter for Oracle Integration, which is introduced by the expanded cooperation. This solution offers a simplified method that cuts down on development and deployment time while addressing the challenges of integrating additional communication channels.

Infobip offers an Accelerator for Oracle B2C Service, Oracle’s contact center platform. This prebuilt use case facilitates seamless two-way customer communication with business support via WhatsApp and SMS. The Omnichannel Messaging Adapter and Accelerator provide Oracle clients and partners with low-code/no-code solutions.
