Ola Electric Mobility Limited has announced the appointment of Pritam Das Mohapatra as its new Secretary and Compliance Officer. The decision, effective immediately, was approved by the company’s board of directors during a meeting held on December 30, 2024.

Mohapatra’s appointment follows the resignation of Pramendra Tomar two months ago, who stepped down due to personal reasons and other professional commitments.

With over 14 years of experience in corporate law, compliance, fundraising, IPO management, and corporate governance, Mohapatra brings a wealth of expertise to Ola Electric. An associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, he has previously held prominent roles at Merabo Labs Private Limited, ANI Technologies Private Limited, Ola Fleet Technologies Private Limited, and Zuari Infraworld India Limited.

In his new role, Mohapatra will oversee Ola Electric’s compliance with regulatory and governance standards, including adherence to SEBI regulations. His leadership is expected to reinforce the company’s commitment to robust corporate governance frameworks.
