Dhingra brings over two decades of experience in driving digital transformation. Before joining Indira IVF, he served as Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Hindware Limited, where he led data-driven initiatives and managed startup investments. His tenure at Hero MotoCorp included leadership roles in R&D, manufacturing, and enterprise applications, earning him accolades like the Hero Achiever Award for cost-saving measures and nationally recognized digital manufacturing projects.
His earlier roles at Tata Technologies, Dassault Systèmes, and Applus+ IDIADA focused on engineering design, digital services, and client support, showcasing his ability to align technology with business goals.
