Pidilite Industries has announced the appointment of Sandeep Tanwani as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Tanwani, who joined the company in late September 2024, will report directly to Bharat Puri, Managing Director of Pidilite Industries.

With over 26 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business transformation across various sectors, Tanwani brings a wealth of expertise to his new role.

Before joining Pidilite, Tanwani spent more than two decades at Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), where he held key leadership positions. Most recently, he served as Vice President for Unilever Professional & Homecare Transformation in South Asia. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in developing a business model for B2B solutions, establishing a start-up within Unilever’s ecosystem that integrated marketing, R&D, supply chain, and go-to-market strategies to deliver innovative solutions for business clients.

Tanwani’s career also includes a five-year stint at Reliance Industries before his time at HUL.

He succeeds Manish Dubey, who has taken on a new role as Chief Business Officer for Pidilite’s Fevicol Division.
