Skillsoft Launches New Compliance Training Suite with Personalized Risk-Based Learning
Skillsoft has introduced the Skillsoft Compliance Suite, an addition to its compliance training solution designed to enhance how organizations develop the skills needed to identify and mitigate business risks. This new offering is highlighted by Dynamic Content, a feature that enables learning administrators to create risk-based training programs tailored to individual employees’ roles, locations, and regulatory requirements.
Historically, compliance training has followed a one-size-fits-all approach, often overlooking the varying responsibilities and needs of employees. Research shows that only 37% of business leaders are satisfied with their company’s ability to develop the necessary skills to reduce risk. As businesses face tighter budgets, staffing challenges, and increasing regulatory demands, the need for personalized, risk-based learning has become critical. Skillsoft’s Compliance Suite addresses this demand by offering flexible learning pathways that build specific risk management skills and drive measurable behavioral change across organizations.
Asha Palmer, Senior Vice President of Compliance Solutions at Skillsoft, stated that risk-based learning is now the “gold standard” for compliance, driven by the need for both efficiency and compliance with stricter laws. By using emerging technologies, Skillsoft has created a hyper-personalized learning experience, tailoring content to each employee’s unique “risk profile,” which takes into account their role, career path, and location. This, coupled with Skillsoft’s updated compliance curriculum, ensures that organizations stay current on regulatory trends and requirements.
The Compliance Suite also features a fully integrated and customizable experience within the Skillsoft Percipio platform, consolidating all training solutions under one system. Administrators can now access customizable training courses, multi-language options, and Learning Management System (LMS) connectors to streamline management and ensure a skilled global workforce.
Additionally, Risk Dashboards & Analytics offer enhanced visibility into training progress and effectiveness, while forthcoming updates will allow administrators to pinpoint top organizational risks by analyzing learner data, such as skill assessments and course completion times. The curriculum has also been expanded to cover emerging risks and laws, including the EU AI Act and Canada Law 25, providing businesses with the knowledge to navigate complex compliance challenges.
