Probus has appointed Anand Agrawal as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). With over 20 years of experience in the BFSI and healthcare sectors, Agrawal will play a key role in advancing Probus’s technology strategy and supporting its mission to revolutionize insurance distribution through innovative solutions.

Agrawal’s career includes significant leadership positions at Docplexus, where he leveraged cloud technologies to transform digital healthcare platforms, and as co-founder of River Fintech Labs, where he developed omnichannel customer experience solutions for the financial services industry. He also contributed to enterprise mobility solutions during his tenure at SAP Labs, collaborating with global stakeholders.
