Alap Ghosh has stepped down from his role as Head of Data Technology Partnerships at Google, where he has been a key leader since 2021.

Announcing his departure on LinkedIn, Alap reflected on his time at Google, saying, “Goodbye Google. During my time with you, you gave me:

• The best team a manager could ask for.
• Opportunities to work with top clients and agencies in the country.
• One of the two best managers in my career.
• The most brilliant colleagues in the world.
• A trailblazing portfolio of data and technology work.
• An office with the kindest and most caring staff.
• Wonderful friends from around the world.
• All those delicious soups and salads.
• The inspiration to be the best version of myself (despite the grumpy photo on my new badge).

For all of this, I am eternally grateful, and I hope you are as happy with my contributions as I am with my experiences. I will see you again soon.”

Before his tenure at Google, Alap was the Managing Director at Jellyfish from 2019 to 2021.
