OneXtel Media has partnered with the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS) to significantly enhance the customer experience for millions of travellers across India. By integrating its AI-powered WhatsApp chatbot, OneXtel aims to transform the Rail Madad service for passengers nationwide.
