Smartworks, a provider of managed and customized office spaces in India, has announced the appointment of Kalpana Devnani as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Devnani brings over 13 years of HR leadership experience across various industries, including FMCG, cosmetics, quick-service restaurants (QSR), and banking. Her extensive background is expected to enhance Smartworks’ HR strategies and practices.

Prior to joining Smartworks, Devnani held key HR roles at Jubilant FoodWorks, ICICI Bank, Godrej Consumer Products, and Samara Capital, where she focused on emerging brands and international markets.
