Policybazaar Launches Claim Assurance Program to Expedite Motor Insurance Claims Across 1,000+ PIN Codes
Policybazaar has introduced its Claim Assurance Program to expedite motor insurance claims processing. This initiative aims to serve customers across more than 1,000 PIN codes, targeting both metropolitan areas and tier 2 and 3 regions.
Additionally, the company has rolled out a new advertising campaign to raise awareness about its efforts to streamline claims processing. From minor accidents to serious collisions, navigating the claims process can be challenging. Policybazaar is dedicated to making claims settlement quick and efficient, recognizing that while insurance offers a promise of future security, the true test of this promise is during the claims process.
The Claim Assurance Program provides a range of services designed to simplify car insurance claims for customers. Each policy includes benefits such as a dedicated claim manager to guide customers through the entire claims process and an on-ground support team to manage vehicle pick-up, repair, and delivery through a network of over 1,500 garages. Additionally, a 24/7 claims assistance helpline is available, even on public holidays.
