Cambridge Education Lab to Extend Services to Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities in India

Cambridge Education Lab

In an effort to bring Cambridge University’s esteemed educational offerings to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities across India, the UK-based Cambridge Education Lab (CEL) has initiated collaborations with various schools throughout the nation.

CEL has launched a specialized aptitude test aimed at Indian students in grades 9 to 12, particularly targeting those from smaller cities. The top performers in this test will be awarded full funding for a one-week trip to Cambridge, providing them with invaluable international exposure.

Beyond this initiative, CEL has announced plans for educational tours to Finland and Japan. They have also introduced an affordable teacher training program developed by Dr. Sue Brindley, a senior professor at Cambridge University.

CEL has already organized educational tours to three countries and completed additional tours to Cambridge University and Finland in 2023. Founded by Suyash Bhatt, an alumnus and current Fellow at the University of Cambridge, CEL is committed to broadening global educational opportunities for Indian students.

Since its establishment, CEL’s programs have directly impacted over 60 schools and more than 100,000 students across various Indian states.
