Before her tenure at Mercedes-Benz, Kaur served as Associate Director – HR at Lovely Professional University, further enriching her experience in the field. Kaur’s educational background includes an MBA in Human Resources from the esteemed National Institute of Management Solutions (NIMS), underscoring her commitment to excellence in the HR domain.
