[24]7.ai, a company offering digital business services and customer experience solutions, has promoted Nina Nair to the role of Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) for its Global BPO division.

In this capacity, Nina will oversee all aspects of human resources management within the Global BPO Business. Prior to her appointment as CHRO, Nina held the position of Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources for India & Americas.

Previously, Nina held the role of Chief People Officer at the Indian Institute for Human Settlements from 2011 to 2015 and served on the board of trustees for the Live Love Laugh Foundation, an NGO dedicated to raising awareness about mental health, from 2015 to 2018.
