Ashish Mittal has assumed the role of Director-HR at Flame University, as announced in a social media update. Prior to this, he served as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology. 

With over 25 years of diverse global experience in areas such as talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, HR business partnering, change management, organizational development, employee engagement, employer branding, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), Ashish has contributed to various industries including CSR, IT, ITeS, and education. 

His professional journey includes stints at Shiv Nadar University, Pearson, Manipal International University, and The Akshaya Patra Foundation, among others.
