New Delhi: Clix Capital, a digital non-banking financial company (NBFC), has named Kanishka Mallick as its Vice President of Human Resources, effective January 2024. With over two decades of HR leadership across diverse sectors, Mallick, previously Senior VP of Talent Solutions at a startup, will collaborate with Chief HR Officer Santwana Periwal to shape the organization’s people and culture strategy.

Mallick, having held key roles at Times Internet, Bharti Enterprises, QAI India, and Mahindra Holidays, boasts expertise in workforce planning, M&A HR, culture development, and various HR domains. His academic credentials include a Bachelor’s in Commerce from St. Xavier’s College, Calcutta, an MBA in HR from Bharathidasan Institute of Management Tiruchirapalli, and a PhD in Human Resource Development from Amity University.

Further enhancing his HR leadership, Mallick completed certificates in Talent Strategy, Leadership, Business Intelligence from Wharton, and Positive Psychiatry and Mental Health from the University of Sydney. The recent collaboration with Karnataka Bank underscores Clix Capital’s commitment to expanding its presence in the MSME sector, contributing to India’s GDP and employment growth. Mallick’s prior 11-year tenure at Times Internet showcased his proficiency in talent acquisition and HR management.
