In a one hour conversation, he shed light on various aspects of the aftermath of this crisis on the startup ecosystem in India. The recovery curve, and what the government do to mitigate the impact of COVID-19 on small scale startups especially the ones that work on 1-2 month’s cash flow. Here are the top 10 points from our conversation. 


1- Cut down on expenditure.

2- Reduced marketing spends.

 3- Prepare a strategy for survival. 

4-Don’t expect any rounds of funding till we reach the bottom of this. 

5- Be in touch with your investors for guidance n not only capital.

 6- Motivate and engage your team during this time. Communication should be maximum. 

7- Write your survival story it will be a factor to consider for investors to consider you funding.

8- The government should deploy some start-up packages to help our ecosystem survive. 

9- CEO and founds need to realize they are being looked upon so act in the favor of everyone. 

10- Prepare your Plan A, Plan B, Plan C, and Plan D.
